Friendly staff, helpful and pleasant. Convenient location near train station and grocery store. Good internet connection. Refurbished rooms, comfortable and quiet. Great value for money. Open windows to enjoy city sounds. Trattoria Toscano - fantastic food. Charming chef and owner.

The breakfast provided a good start to the day and had a nice variety of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed advice on what to see and do in the area. The location was also great as it was a short walk to the train station and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to explore.
The room felt a bit dated and could use some modernization. Additionally, there were some noise issues at night with cars driving by and loud partygoers outside the window. it was a decent stay for the price, but we would have preferred a more updated room and a quieter atmosphere.

Stayed here during Christmas. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. The location was perfect and very convenient as it was close to all the major attractions that I wanted to see. The room, including the bathroom, was spotless and well-maintained. I enjoyed the quiet ambiance of the hotel which gave a very relaxing feeling.
I was a bit bothered by the lack of friendly staff. They didn't even offer a simple "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays".

The staff was friendly and provided us with excellent service during our stay. The breakfast served was fresh and varied, satisfying our morning appetite.
